Breakfast.Some people can do without it, other people can't which is ok. My issue becomes when you dont eat breakfast and it effects someone else.Like when the train has a delay because of a 'sick' passenger. Or, if you become cranky,rude or dysfunctional without breakfast. Do us all a favor, either eat breakfast when you get to work/school or pack a granola bar, or fruit in your bag.Thanks ever so kindly.
